Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME 

Products in hand, can be processed same day or next day but processing time can take from 3-7 business days depending on the item (not including weekends, Holidays or Bank Holidays).

Bundles processing time takes from 4-7 business days. Wigs can take up to 14 days if customisation required.

If hair paid with clearpay processing time can take from 10-14 business days.

Preorders can take anywhere from 4-15 business days.

Processing time is not included time it will take to be shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

After processing time. Emails will be sent out of dispatch. Depending on region shipment will be received. 

Pay attention to shipping description before finalising purchase.
